Tnx.sori 4 d lack of info in my query.What i meant was my replenishment date is every 20th of d month.I started using sun last april 20.dapat nung may 20 replenishd na ung free text but up to now wala pa inspite my calls to CS.

@ jowi sir pano b magconfigure ng gprs n SUN 2mawag ako sa kanla sbi naman nung mga engot na CSR hndi pa daw available yung wap over gprs nla then i explained na nabsa k nga dto sa esato na may gumagamit na ng gprs service nla ang snbi b naman skn nung punyetang CSR nayon \"sir milagro po yun\" --sir jowi patulong naman ayoko na kse kausap yung mga engot na yun tnx

it depends...50 if you're on i speak plan...100 if you're on i-txt plan...
default is i-txt on prepaid, but you can change the scheme whenever you want. |

Naka pag snd nko ng mms pero ayaw mag cnnct ng gprs (o2,ericsson) gate lmalbs lang SUBSCRIBE TO GPRS FIRST pero pag tnatwag k sa sun lging sagot nla hndi pa availble ang browsing f wap over gprs pls help..

wala pa talagang wap over gprs ang sun ibig sabihin di mo mggmit un access pt nme na wap. accesing wap by internet gprs ang meron acces pt nme=minternet.

@jowi panu b palitan yung plan? Ex. I-txt plan at gusto sa i-speak plan panu yun? Tatawag m pa b sa cs para palitan or sa prepaid card na bibilhin m or sa menu ng sim card at may itetxt ka lang na option? Btw para sa prepaid itong tanung ko sau! Ü

have it activated first (call cs)...kung asar ka na sa cs, i complain mo sa Sun shop (meron sa Galle)...look for the pretty girl @ the cashier...kulitin mo, then tell her the whole story (w/c is yung kabobohan ng cs na nakakausap mo sa hotline)...pero wala din masasagot yun...request for the branch manager to assist your query... |
