True or false, this is very underwhelming. No way of competing with Iphone 8/X or Galaxy S9 with that.

It is hard to believe they would use a 4K 5.7 as regular flagship instead of the 5.2 Full HD.
But it does not seem impossible. XZ1 is 14,8 tall.
It would be a bit wider.
Sony is not a fan of QHD, only used on tablet.
They have skipped QHD on phones before.
But let's suppose it is real.
Regular flagship 4K LCD and Premium 4K oled.
FHD on Compact?
Same battery of XA1+ and SD835 would be enough to push it through the day.
The one that will replace XA1 is told to be FHD.
Also 5.2" screen. Probably same XZs screen.
Maybe they are doing a whole update..
Just my opinion. I do not have any info.
