lol i dont care if it was a Sony or Sony Ericsson, the iphone is poison. I really hate it because of Apples attitude to making a quick buck and you get shortchanged in return. Why oh why would I want to look at an ugly grid of icons all of the time when I can use Android to use a homescreen with my own customisable screens. Plus dont get me started on the locked eco system. Yes I agree on some of it but fully locking is bs, even if the phone is jailbroken theres still lovely itunes as your friend. No thanks!!! Then theres no bluetooth sharing, standard usb connections (the standard one not Apples own connector). Even bloody wp phones are mini usb but Apple? No we are American a$$holes who think are product is so amazing (like their terrible advertising the most amazing iphone yet lol) .
I love my Android, I went to the iphone 4 got stung and realised 1 Apple are one of the worst support in the world when it comes to out of warranty, 2 they are expensive for anything at all and 3 last of all I lost all of my bloody music / files going from Apple to Android.
As for the comment from one of the guys here saying its a funny forum with actually people who hate the iphone kind of shows that Apple folk arent welcome here. They come here, preach and then try to show that their product is so superior to everyone else. Hence the ifan tag! Then we all get a laugh with poor panoramic shots and keep them coming because it is entertainment to be honest and thats why its the most popular forum thread because people love getting a laugh at the blind ifans lol
I rest my case, now from further on I will discuss only about non Apple products that are actually INNOVATIVE, GORGEOUS and last thing I CAN HAVE MY FREEDOM ON THESE DEVICES!!!!!

As much as i dont like the people who're biased towards any product to the point of being totally extremist towards them, i disagree. I like talking to Apple owners and in many ways i envy them because they belong to the Apple family which is sort of a exclusive club you join by investing in Apple products.
But im with you when it comes to the iFan / iSheep / i-whatever tag kinda people, they get right on my nerves. But i usually find them easily ignored because nine times out of ten they cant think of a comeback when you question them on the cons of being an Apple user.
Believe it or not, i only realised this past year or so that once you buy music from iTunes, you can only use it on idevices. Sorry for being ignorant, but i thought the mighty iTunes was just like Nokia store which i used on my N8 for music, totally DRM free and can be used shared and Bluetoothed to as many other people as i liked. When i found out its all locked to Apple, that was yet another nail in the coffin of me not buying into Apple.
@ cu015170 - dude, that sucks. If you havent even dropped the phone and thats happened then i think i would be pretty enraged. Those scuffs and dents are like the ones in my N8 which i dropped, once, onto a petrol station red brick forecourt. It took a massive fall for it to get such marks, but with the iPhone 5 they happen through general use ? thats really rubbish. Its also such a shame because the phone itself is a thing of beauty.
@ Indiandawg - lmfao @ that picture - thanks for making me smile.
@ Barachus - im guessing iPhone 5, i think i would. The SGS2 is a total classic but no longer a flagship which gives it that second rate feel to it now.

I personally i dont get why people get soo emotionally attached to phones to the point of trolling the boards of phones you dont actually like, crazy android fanboys seem to be the worst at that
I am on some android forums and i dont think i've ever seen iFans constantly on them moaning about the phones, and as a long time user of android there is a whole load of things to complain about, it is not the perfect or superior OS that some of you seem to pretend it is |

the camera sucks after the sundown.. at least next to the 808.. I think the 808 messed up my perception of what a smartphone should be capable of

@ Barachus - i can imagine some Android fanboys being more aggressive than the iOS fans but that i guess would be because Android fans are more likely to be geeky than their iOS counterparts. Apple owners tend to be much less educated on their phones as its more of a fashion accessory. It cannot be customised without jailbreaking etc.
Android is far from perfect i know, i find limitations in it daily where functionality is missing which wasnt on my Symbian phones. The same functionality is missing on iOS also so its not really a bad point for Android versus the other operating systems though. For me, Android is great because its a faster version of Symbian if you like, but still needs some work.
@ Bonovox - heh, when i said about the exclusive Apple club thats not always a good thing. Sometimes its more like an emotional support group for users who cant figure something out when they realise their phone actually cant do said function. For example Bluetooth file transfers.
@ cu015170 - you really need to stop posting these immense 808 pictures, i almost want to sell my SGS3 to get one !!
