It's not really stable indeed, which is a pity. But I like the fact it's verry speedy and the whole look and feel is just so much better than most touch phones, including Satio. The video cam is fabulous too, verry nice focus is finally implemented. That's something many compact digicams and things like the flip can't do 
Sure it's not a huge improvement on the satio, but it's more balanced and afaik the price will be lower too, so I certainly think it's the better choise

Seen this phone in store for the 1st time last weekend and was actually shocked at how small and light it felt in my hand.
This must be the 'human curvature' in action - it really did feel half the size and weight of Satio.

If you mean Typhone, I think those are still early pre-order prizes and they don't really have the phone in stock. That's how it mostly works with that shop
