it's a shortcut trick. You create a file that SE see's as a shortcut to the actual files, which are in user acessible memory.
I will post about this soon, but I haven't tried it myself yet. If it works the way it does on K750, then we will have a way to easily change menus. It will require a phone restart though.

I noticed you got your menu at se-nse. The menu's I showed in the first few posts are all in the se-nse K800 software modding thread - some of them are in a large menu pack (17MB worth) that one guy posted. I even put a link to that download in this thread somewhere.
