No worries, everyone's welcomed here. So regardless of which phones you're using or plan to switch to, feel free to post here. So miss uk, maybe you can tell us why you've switched to the k800? And jo, you still using your k750? Or have you switched too? I'm still using mine and it's a joy everytime I use it. I'm really glad I decided to get it. Having said that, I saw the Motorola sliders and they look pretty good. build quality seems solid. |

I really like the k750i. I have the silver version, and its features are phenomenal. The lense cover is sturdy enough so it doesn't open when in your pocket, and the quality of the camera, if in the dark, is great.

That's a good deal, miss uk. So are you enjoying the k800 more than your k750 and d900?

Oh, that's a shame, what happened to your Z650i? I don't believe I've heard about it yet. |

Really? Hmm... You mean that's the case with all Samsung phones, both new and old? I do believe I've managed to set an MP3 as a ringtone on my friend's D820 previously. Or could it be a limitation in the firmware set by your service provider?

it's only on the newer samsungs this applies to
my old D600 had MP3 ringtones and ive heard that the E900 and D900 does still...
I think it's all the newer ones thats forthcoming,
im hoping 02 are wrong
I just replaced my NOKIA 6610i with this

@miss_uk - I've seen that OLD Samsung fone ! It's a sliding one . . . so, you will be using your alternate SIM on that One of these days . . . you will be hearing my VOICE popping OUT of the fone's earpiece

That's an E-series right? I can't remember the model number though. Hmm... You intending to replace the housing yourself miss uk? The Samsung phone housings don't look very easy to replace, plus the fact that it's a slider, probably harder to replace than the average phone as well.
