polce say they can't do nuttin till after 28m days. my charge back paypal is today.
policeman at station sed he had similar trouble n paypal gave him the money back. even if the person has no money in account they go into minus wuth their account. so lets hope i get ma money back today |

I tried to ask the question about chargebacks on eBay's Community Chest forum but the eBay police were out and I got slapped and had the post removed. Unbelievable!
I think a chargeback could happen if he has money in his account, not sure about whether it applies if he has none. That's what I was asking but the ****** removed the question. Goodness knows why....

opened it ages ago. jus got an email from paypal saying they decided in my favour but couldn't recover funds. so nothing.
i'm gonna get this guy goood.
