A headset is only included for phones from operator THREE .. otherwise you should buy one by yourself !!! Thatīs why the phone price is lower than other .. cause there is NO Headset and NO big memorystick like the W-serie phones .. |

I dont think that a headset is so expensive, that se couldnt put one in the box...

Anyone who used both the K610 & W810 for long periods as music player? Do they have the same playback quality? (Not the interface, but the sound itself.) TIA |

Hard to say, i use k610 with normal headset, w8 with hpm70. Imo it depends of the song quality aswell.

Thanks bobafett... Hope you could spare the time to test sound w/ every factor equal... Like, very same song, same headset, same equalizer & volume setting. Im favoring to buy K610 but im afraid, what if SE cut down the sound quality of the music player too, like its inferior camera. Thanks again.  |

I don't know about the K610 but my K800 actually has better sound than my W810. The W810 is plagued by hissing noise and popping sounds in between tracks. |

@nick if u prefer good sound quality, then for the w810. k610 is a simple umts focused fone

did u noticed the bug in the file manager? go there and push any key 1 or 2 or 3 and the abc window pops up, instead to open a menu..

it's not a bug - it's a feature  . This way you can quick-search for a file if you know the filename. Same as in the phonebook.
And about sound-quality: I was able to test the W810 and the K610 before I decided which to buy. And the sound-quality was the same. Same song, same headset. I would even say the K610 is a little better, because the hissing noise isn't there which was sometimes audible on the W810.

correct - its useless there, but very handy in the other listings. Maybe they switch it off on "all files" in a later software version. |

Did u noticed, that the nrs at contacts arent shown in full length, so u have to go to 'edit' to see the whole nr? Now thats really crap and primitive, hope the brainsick person who made that fw is reading my post...

The sound quality when you use the Handset in W810i is abit better cause of the MEGA Bass .. T610i has only the normal BASS function ..

The one which follow W800 and W810 coast around 399:- Swedish Crown lol .. its expensive !!!! I have seen in a Danish website, they have it for 220:- Swedish crown and shipment around 20:- but i dont like to buy from internet ..
If you want a more simple headset, choose another but still not under 200:- Swedish crown !!
