corek ka jan and the cable is marketed at greenhills as an ericsson T28/29 mbus cable. at virra mall 2nd fl at 768 telecom its retailed at P350 pero there's still a very minor mod that has to be done with the pinning of 3 wires before it can work as a modem cable for use of t39/68s and r520s para dialup with gprs/wap access or with use on ericsson's fone pim prog xtendconect.
think i still have a spare converted cable just in case you need one. i'm from qc pero mga sunday pa balik namin. if you can't wait i can just PM you how to do it, get the cable at 768 and maybe you can ask some cellfone technicians at virra or at the tiangge to do the conversion for you, dali naman e... lipat lang ng 2 wires to another pin and cut one wire.
i reiterate lang na as compared in terms of quality of contruction ng cable, hindi hamak mas ganda the orig drs10/11 kasi they used molded plastic sa phone side connector ng cable, which makes it more sturdy. though yun 350 generic cable namin pwidi na rin bastat ingat lang (a lot mura naman eh)
ganda din sa orig drs10 is that you can plugin your charger behind the data cable connector para simueltaneous charging while surfin..

sori pre pero not that 100% sure but then again almost sure din ako meron (ano ba yan  ) there's GPRS at gen san and cebu, kasi major cities yan.. cgy and zambo alam ko meron.

Hmmm. which is v2... I'm kinda new to this. Is this the one last Saturday at Podium?
I was demonstrating how to use the T68 in conjunction with the Nokia Bluetooth Compact Flash Card fitted into my Jornada 568 to do SMS, and Fax among other things... helping out Handsome Puppy on the BT demo. |
