Try using the light on the phone then. =) Might get a "little" better.

I totally agree with the posts regarding 02s crapness. My main gripe is that they charge you to call them. Then when you get through they put you on hold and all the time your been ripped off. I also know |

You have to pay through the nose to call them and then when you get through the advice is often bad. As I said, I've been told duff information loads of times.
I called their sales this morning and after holding for 15 minutes, somebody answered then, without saying a word, cut me off after a few seconds.
I called back (holding for about 10 minutes) and spoke to somebody else and he said he didn't know anything about the K700 but he'd get somebody to call me straight back. Guess what? No call!

i'll prolly order mine from onestopphoneshop.co.uk, i am already a customer and they seem to have pretty good deals However i am still puzzed whether to get and O2 or a Voda contract. Voda will prolly have branding and stuff while O2 will prolly wont. But i've been with voda for a while now. hmmmmm which one? voda or o2? |

Assign a joystick shortcut to profiles, then turn on the meeting profile when you want to take a discreet picture ( such as a girls bum when shes not aware ). I think SE have forced the camera sound on us to stop us taking naughty pictures when people are unaware.
Id go with O2, anything is better than a Voda branded phone.

@moogoo: SonyEricssonīs photografic sensor in mobile phones was always worst that Nokia & Sharpīs sensors in low light conditions. I already saw images from pre-production K700 and:
- in very good light conditions pictures have some violet cast; (chromatic aberration)
- in low light conditions the same (no so strong but still there) grain as T6xx models;
K700īs sensor is a more resolution and little evolution of T6xx oneīs. I thought SE would take at least 7650 and copied itīs sensor!!! Even a Nokia 7650 get low light photos better than K700
The problem you say about video I also saw it in pre-production samples => if itīs the same thing you see some bands in the picture when you move the phone a little more fast. Cause: slow video processing, perhaps in future firmware it could be improved

Does the SE K700 have a "flight mode" or an "aircraft profile", that makes it possible to deactivate the transmitter and receiver, but still makes it possible to use the phonebook, calendar, camera, games, radio, media player, ...?

well despite any issues w/ the camera/video taking.. it is a phone and not a camera.. i have a nice canon to do any real picture taking so it's not a huge deal for me. phone is just for quick snapshots when i just don't have my camera on me.
i have so much to say and post!! but im in the middle of redesigning my website so i have no where to post anything :'( well ic ould post it but it'd be ugly.. and nobody likes ugly... |
