@Kriomag and BLKSnaker: If I wanted to add BLKSnaker's Colour Correction code to Kriomag's 21.8 driver, I'll paste the code below, where would I put it, exactly, if I wanted it enable whenever I entered an Enhanced Mode or in Fine Mode? Either is ok with me, although enabling it when entering Enhanced makes more sense, considering how the driver is structured.

Thanks in advance,
Nirodha

BLKSnaker's 9.21 Colour Correction Code:

SET_REG= 05 02 00 !0 !1 $f $d0005;

COMMAND= 06 02 00 01 !1 !0 $f $d0005;

COLOR_COR= $p1 01
$c1 00
#SET_REG(20, f2)
#SET_REG(21, f6)
$cl
$c1 01
#SET_REG(20, f8)
#SET_REG(21, de)
$cl
$c1 02
#SET_REG(20, f2)
#SET_REG(21, f6)
$cl
$c1 03
#SET_REG(20, f2)
#SET_REG(21, f0)
$cl
$c1 04
#SET_REG(20, f2)
#SET_REG(21, f2)
$cl
#SET_REG(20, ef)
#SET_REG(21, e9)
$cx
$cx
$cx
$cx
$cx
#COMMAND(55, 01)
#COMMAND(13, 01);

P.S. Any other experience modder is welcome to answer the question also. I realize this was a lot of work for you guys. Therefore, I'm willing to mod the driver myself. But, I need a little direction and assistance.

@679
setting some fixed focus positions won't guarantee a sharp picture.
autofocus is best for those kind of pix. maybe you'll miscalculate the distance with fixed focus... thats why use auto

@Kromag
About fixed focus. I read very usuful and simple article http://www.dofmaster.com/dofjs.html and have the idea. If for zoom 1.1 we set focus not to infinity but to hyperfocal distance, for our cam ~1.6m we will have sharp pictures on distance 0.8m till infinity. It is great at least for me - coz it cover all my need over 80%. All other distances with autofocus or manual...
So, can you point line in 21.8 driver to change focus from infinity to 1.6m for zoom 1.1. And if you know the set of paremetrs: distance/value to be changed. I will try adjust it for me.
Thx...

Manual focus is here for solving the problem that macro fail in some situation. and that`s way he`s implemented only if macro is ON. Manual focus no good choice for landscape pics and therefor no need for zooming...
