Kanye's new album, 808s & Heartbreaks, came out earlier than expected. A couple of days ago if I'm not mistaken. Cool album, totally different from his usual stuff. He actually only sings love songs mainly to his ex in that robocop voice throughout the whole album and he only features Young Jeezy and lil wayne. Nonetheless, Kanye killed it again...

Taken from The Register:
'One million Googlephones expected in '08
Google's Android platform appears to be a much hotter seller than first anticipated by HTC, maker of the T-Mobile G1 phone.
The Taiwanese handset manufacturer is almost doubling its G1 shipment expectations for the year. HTC believes it can ship about one million G1 phones by the end of 2008, upped from figures of around 600,000 units made earlier this year. The upped figure comes from HTC's CEO Peter Chou in a report by Digitimes.
HTC also revised the company's forecast for Touch Diamond shipments this year to three million units instead of two million.
Chou claims HTC's business hasn't been impacted by the global economic recession and doesn't have plans to lay off staff, according to Digitimes. He added HTC has plans to purchase a US handset design company, but wouldn't reveal the name of the firm.'

Thanx dude, lol ye for like 2.5months then off to uni
By the way we now have a new N81 Firmware available: V21.0.008 ,no changelog yet, was just at SF Forum and in the N81 FW Thread they strongly advise UNHACKING YOUR N81 BEFORE UPDATING, some members updated their hacked N81s and found themselves with a dead N81 after updating, forcing them to do a Hard format to get it working again. Im going to update 1st thing on Monday morning. still got my certificates.

Thanx man, good luck with the rest of your exams

That 6260 looks realy promising, plus S40 6th Ed, hopefully theres now multitasking for the S40 Users.
HTC seem to be doing very well, that TouchDiamond is realy a great package, i can see why JK liked it so much, used a friends TD again last week, realy tiny device cant believe they packed so much into such a slim and good looking body.

What i particularly like 6260 is the screen size... Unfortunately, the video recording of 640 X 480 15fps wont cut it for me, i was very excited about the phone until i got to that little nag.

@gucci,
I read on symbian guru that there was 1 for the 8gig version. Thats gr8 news. Ill update mind as soon as the change log is released, cause they firmware might be unhackable. And if there isn't any gud improvements then its not worth loosin the hack. My 1 problem with this firmware is the ram. I hve about 30 after bootup but then once if used the phone 4 awhile ill always hve about 20mbs and thats with no apps runnin. Also they need 2 try free up some phone memory. Im sittin on 2mbs. I wish nokia maps could be installed onto the memory card. It takes up quite alot of space on the phone memory

Woah! 30mb at boot and 20mb average? Thats realy strange, how many apps do you have that Auto-Start at boot up? In my case i have 42mb RAM at boot up and then 38.7-40mb average when ive closed apps. Apparently the update brings a little more Internal Mem, ive currently got 17mb internal, only have MXit, Nokia Chat, Conversation and Messages in internal mem. How many Ngage games do you have? Oh and do you clear your Web browser Cache often.

So is it just me or does the c902's screen in Quantum of Solace look bigger than the usual c902's screen?
Btw, the movie sucked

There were no gadgets at all besides the SE phones. I don't know, it just generally sucked for me...I can't wait for 'Son of Rambow' though

Gucci,
I dont have any apps running on start up, i just have handy taskman, xplore python and stuff like that installed on the phone memory. And the nokia maps 2 which i know took away most the phone memory. I uninstalled all the ngage games thinking they were the problem but they weren't and i dont really play ngage anymore. Right now with opera mini runnin i have 25mbs free ram. I think my ram goes that low if my phone hasn't been restarted for awhile |
