I work with a company called Stream as a Process Manager.
I manage a 50 seat inbound process as well as a 100 seat outbound US voice process, which involves satellite tv sales for an independent retailer for satellite tv.

@gov..dont ask....lots of them...My company does other programs too, but mostly web based or tech support like Siemens, Microsoft Home Entertainment. I might be moving to a 200 man tech support process for HP in April, but theres a lot of time for that now

@gov...cool...in 6 months we're gonna need people for all these new processes being diverted to us from our parent company in the US... I believe we are getting some biggies AOL & Hewlett Packard, among them
