EDIT:
Oh dear, it's 4.1.2, nevermind, just looked at Detox's link.

Hi!
Does anyone know if there is a replacement battery with higher capacity than the original one that fits the Xperia S?
I bought a non original battery from eBay that says 2680mah on it, but it´s no better than the 1700mah that came with the phone;)
Maybe there is one of Sony´s newer models that have the same size battery that I can use?
Thanks in advance!

I heard they pulled the firmware shortly as they discovered something missing or wrong... and now they need some time to finish it and resubmit it again for certifications... thankfully the long time certifications ( those related to radio and modem parts ) will not be changed so there will be no delay to the original timeframe ( starting from late may to june )... it's still in the first half of the year...
They want to make sure everything is okay before releasing the update as they don't plan any other updates as they still have some time before reaching 18 months of it's life...

^^^
Nothing for sure, but minor tweaks as the leaked firmwares were all just real world testing.. gathering responses then fix'em up... they want to tweak it as far as they can while sticking to the timeframe... they prefer being a little late with a lot of tweaks and optimization and problem free rather than releasing it very early and having some problems... they don't want to release anything after this update.. so they have to make it as perfect as they can... that's why there's many leaks before and all users who used those firmwares were amazed by it... every new firmware they tweak it more and fix any minor bugs/lags and release it again for real world testing... the last firmware was supposed to be the final one and that's why they updated their pages.. but they discovered something from the testers so they pulled it up again.. but one guy was skeptic and he said that the last .200 firmware was the one they will release but the pulled it in order to release it later so there will be no time to have another update... or at least because they want the update servers to be free when they release it as they have too many Xperia S users...
we will see if the pull was for more tweaks or for the reasons given by that guy when we have the real update... if it was .200 then the guy is correct... if more than .200 then they did more tweaks...

^^ at this pace they wouldn't need free servers considering all will trade the SC by then. Was about to sell mine of last week only to hang abt to see how the JB will be like.
