as was mentioned before, the font issue is supposed to be solved by the euro upgrade. It doesn't really matter on my end because I use the medium font all the time. |

Yup the euro ver will correct the font problem...
@dlreyes: the caller ID problem is actually the SMS ID wherein text messages are not identified even if it is in the fonebook... strangely those that were not recognized last night had the proper ID's this morning... i dont know if my unit rebooted while i was sleeping hehe
im off to smartnet now hopefully this problem of mine will be resolved with the euro ver

Good morning guys. My new software is working great so far. No problems with caller id in both voice calls and sms messages.
Keeping my fingers crossed. |

update on the upgrade:
hay you seen the "torn envelope" beside an sms in your inbox? according to the manual, it is a "damaged message" pp89. ferrarista sent me an sms, the first one arrived no problem with sms id. then an identical sms arrived, same content, but damaged and only shows the number. could this be jwblue's "problem?" i think this is caused by a misfire from either smart or globe's smsc. |

@arnold: that "torn envelope" also appeared on my Siemens S45, after the ems upgrade. i thought it was a broken message

@arnoldc: got that same problem last night. sana nga its a SP problem and not our phones @JW: anyway re the caller id thing, mine is like that too... when the text arrives it just shows the number but the longer it is on my inbox, my phone gets to recoginize it na. Doesn't happen that often naman. Mga twice or thrice |
