Ah. You are trying to pair your phone to another Bluetooth device. This is not what you want to do and won't work. Instead of going into 'My devices' in your Bluetooth menu, select the contact/item you want to send and choose 'Send' then 'Bluetooth'.

So... the 6310, tough nut to crack or what?
I was sat on the bus today and scanning, it was busy and one came up... a 6310 (or a 6510... I can't remember) so I send a contact.... sending.... sending.... sending... failed.
BUGGER
So I send again. Same story.
Everytime I scan it shows up and I'm looking round for people with Nokias.
At one point it comes up unknown, and then on another scan its back.
It was there most of the bus journey... just teasing me.
There's me with my BlueRod trying to reel that sucker in... but it never happened. Through my periodic scans I was able to track it down to one of three people who got off the bus when it disappeared altogether... each of them were well within 10M's... man what a jip!  |
