Is it ok to use ISO 200 to take indoor pictures under normal lighting? ... or should I stick to ISO 100?.... I believe ISO 200 will get a sharper picture but will have more noise compared to ISO 100. Pls correct me if I'm wrong.

Ok like the N95 the K850 is exellent for close up and face photos but there are too much Chromatic abberation and so all the photos I took in skii were too purple(the snow),whoever this is a nice result in face photo :
