whoa, 70 pics, well all that effort sure does show in your work, it really does pay off. lol, that's the other thing, I don't quite feel free taking pics of what i think is worth taking pics of cos mainly of the stares i'll be getting from people.lol, it's your garden, stuff your neighbours.
GUCCI/Wanqa
I don't know, i'd still choose the c905 over the n79. There's just something about the n79's appearance that's not so appealing like the n78.
GUCCI-well i haven't seen it myself, just heard it's killers, just like most of his music videos. I tried searching it on youtube and limewire but ended up chasing the wind. Can you hook me up with a link for it?

@all-I just watched 'awake' yeah,it's a 2007 movie, but man is it awesome. Some of the scenes weren't convincing for me though...Nice movie anyway. Two words and a smiley: Jessica Alba

LOL yeah it's at least a handful of pics per decent macro one, but sometimes one is lucky first time (i.e. light correct, compostion correct, focus correct etc), but as we know that's not always the case..
It's also just me trying lighter and darker settings; nearly to the point of over-and under-exposure, then download them to PC, and delete from there until I've got the handful of best ones left.

I'm really not bothered what the neighbours think though; just more out of curiosity what they would be thinking more than anything, LOL.
Yeah, my turf, my stuff, etc LOL. But when I'm in a cellphone shop taking a pic of a new handset or whatever, one obviously doesn't go to such extremes.

WRT the N79, ya I can't say that appeals to me looks-wise, despite its myriad of specs.
Checked out the LG Renoir today as well at the local Orange network store.
Eish, Orange and Voda are definitely the worst when it comes to branding. Looking forward to see how the 5800's 3.2mp cam manages against the 8mp powerhouses.

Lol i remember when i was at that SONY EXPO last year and got to play with the W960, when i took pics of it i was with some lady friends and they were both like ". . .Like what are you doing?" anyway they now understand the Gman has a phone obsession.
All
WOW NOKIA are actualy pushing the N96 here, so 1st they kept advertising NOKIA N96 Coming Soon and now they have a full advert with the slogan: "Internet Made By Hand" realy cool ad.
LOL Have any of you watched Lake Placid-2? Lol what a pathetic sequal, just when i thought Anaconda2 was bad, this was trash, i wonder if those actors even got paid, looks like it was made on a R100 budget, crocodile looked like something out of my grade2 drawing book, and the script was filled with cheesy lines, what a letdown.

Wow, MyMemory here in the UK have dropped prices further on memory cards..

SanDisk 8GB SD-HC now 15.99 (approx R260 with today's exchange rate)
Kingston 8GB SD-HC now 12.99 (approx R210 with today's exchange rate)

SanDisk 16GB SD-HC still 46.99 (approx R755 with the current heavy exchange rate)..

8GB cards are gonna get even cheaper as demand for the 16 and 32GB gathers more and more momentum.

@ rhino:

Sorry for the really crap pics, I had a dof moment when I took these, i.e. didn't activate the flash when I took these in very poor light, but you can still get some idea anyway:
This is how Dell advertised the Inspiron Mini 9 and mini desktop PC recently, 'full-size' on one of the free small-size London newspapers:

@ gola:
LOL, I hope the 'Hansie' movie does better in SA than any movie about Dubya. BTW, was 'Hansie' worth seeing or is it a bit of a lame duck? I've only seen the trailer (while in SA), so I don't have a cooking clue as to its virtues, and I'm curious to find find out how the movie was actually received by the general public.

@ Hobbster:

Ya the exchange rate has really taken a POUNDing (excuse pun) lately. I use http://www.xe.com/ucc/ to get the latest exchange rate to gauge value in Rands. That mate of mine who is due to come over in December is now thinking of postponing his trip here as a result; he's obviously having to fork out more now than what he originally budgeted for...
Let's hope things improve n' stabilise pretty soon.
