@wanqs

Yeah, those were the times. I actually was looking for the R380 then but it was sold out and saw the R320s and took it on the spot. Actually, all those Ericssons on my signature are still in their original boxes and in working condition.

That Samsung doesn't look as hot as the 8800 series from Nokia, no manufacturer has yet to beat that in style and/or sex appeal.

@GUCCI

You should see the Ericsson I used before that one, the GH688 back in 1998.

That really brings back memories, EMS Back in the late 90's i took out a contract with MTN, and the only reason why i went with the Nokia 5110 was because they'd no S.E. in stock. And the only reason i wanted a S.E. was because they were offered with free car kits, lol.
I'm not superstitious, merely mildly stitious.

Yes, you remind me kryptik. I did get a car kit that with the GH688 which was used a lot in the car. It should be somewhere in the garage.

One thing for sure, I'm not giving any of the Ericssons away. I've sold the T610i (regret it though) and the K700i.

The C905's finally available in stores here.
Let's hope it doesn't suffer from as many bugs n' stuff as the K850i did, particularly since it's taken this long to hit the shelves...

Thanx boet, im trying my best to avoid K850 Threads because i honestly cant make up my mind, today it behaves BUT tomorrow it will restart every 10mins lol, i will say if it was stable it would've been the perfect phone.
EMS
Lol flip, 98? I was still learning my times tables back then, amazing what phones have become with in just 10years.
All
Just watched the movie Apocalypto, and thoroughly enjoyed it, although it does to be a little "graphic" in those violent scenes, hats off to Mel Gibson on directing it. This and HERO must be the best movies ive watched where i had to be reading the subtitles the whole time lol.

@ gola:

A whopping 400 quid, boet. With the current wacky exchange rate, that's a lotta dosh for a non-smartphone...

They also have the N85 in stock now, for 30 more:

WRT the macro mode pic, thanks; ya it came out quite well.
Not sure yet if it's THE one that I'll be entering yet, and I realise there isn't much time left to do so...will have to pull my finger out tomorrow and get it done, methinks.

@ Gucci:
Yeah Apocalypto is certainly very 'graphic', to say the least. Stunning footage and photography.
So the Mayans seemed to pioneer open-heart surgery..they really had to put their heads together to perfect the practice...LOL, sorry that's naughty, Wanqa.
