Thanks wanqs
I probably will if I don't manage to take a better pic 'cos water pics are fast becoming like flower pics here on esato, overrated, so I won't be entering now.
Have you found anything worthy to enter yet?

I haven't taken many macro mode pics lately, and it's a theme that I really thought I would have lots of ideas for, but I'm still undecided as to what subject matter to choose.
Yeah flowers, water droplets and bugs are very popular around here.

I'm sure I'll find some stuff to give me inspiration before the end of the month; maybe some close-ups on Tuesday at the Smartphone Show... .

So Lewis Hamilton extends his lead, quite emphatically, in the F1 standings with one race remaining.

@ gola:
Thanks, boet.

Was going to a firmware upgrade today but Ive just checked and the new firmware takes away the ability to hack the system and install ubnsigned applications ect. The cool thing is I have the firmware prior to this new one that was just released so Im happy.

Not one crash or freeze folks. This is truly an impressive phone. Its the first S60 phone that I havent experienced that with.

Not sure about the whole blogging thing.I started on Saturday and half way through my first post I thought to myself, why the hell am I doing this.I find most blogs are just a regurgitation of stuff found on the WWW.If Im going to start blogging I want it to be 'not that' So I'll wait and see if Im up to it.

Sounds like a very stable S60 f/w as standard on that E90, Hobbster.

@ ama, do you think that Santa is going to bring you a 5800 this Christmas?

@ JC:
I hope so, boet. A lot will depend on what deals are out with that handset by Christmas, otherwise Santa will have to deliver it a bit later, i.e. a few months after Christmas...

As much I would LOVE to get one for Christmas, I just couldn't bring myself to throwing away a lot of money just because I wasn't patient enough to wait for one or 2 months.

I'm hoping to see and fiddle with it on Tuesday, at Nokia's stand and at the Symbian stand at the Smartphone Show.

Was just at iPmart Forum looking for software when i decided to just take a peak in the iPhone section. WOW, some great softwares there, i mean most of them have similar Symbian S60 versions but the iPhone ones look amazing, you can tell they were made by Apple developers lol but are now cracked. What cought my eye was that some missing features in the iPhone have been added with 3rd party software like Copy/Paste, Video Recording, Document viewing and editing as well as file sharing via Wi-Fi though like a PSP. Also some sweet stand by apps that make the HTC Touch Diamond stand by screen look boring gota say, its very impressive il admit im a little jealous of those dam iPhone users now.
Well done to Hami!!! Im supporting him all the way, Massa can go jump in a lake closely followed by Kimi!
