I used my post to express my opinion about Nokia.
@bider - nice find, I think Nexus One's accelerator is way too sensitive, I'd say too sensitive. And once again, X10 is really stylish.
The best mobile phone brand died with Sony Ericsson's death. Shame on you Sony for killing it! And, of course, for ruining the Xperia brand... Mediar's Site |

@mediar
The N1 sensor seemd equally sensitive sensitive to me (IPhone was perhaps a tad less sensitive, but not by much). |

To synn:
My complain or se-dude's point? I already said my point. DOUBLE READ it.
If you still do not understand it, I explain it again. But please, do not bother me with this topic again. You are seeing it completely in a different way. I am not trying to debate about the advantages of the SE Timescape and Mediascape with you. I don't even know where you got that from. I should have not commented about it because it was not part of the point I was trying to make.
Here we go, so what if X10 got some of those features without updating to 2.1? As if it would make that much difference now especially that the more advanced Android version is out. That's all I meant.
-------------------------------
How I wish that X10 is able to record 720p video with continous auto-focus like Vivaz. Having this feature will show the processing prowess of Snapdragon platform. Too bad it seems that X10 will not get it.

It's called market segmentation. You don't put all your eggs in one basket. Each product needs one outstanding feature that would make it stand out from the rest of the models from the manufacturer.
Why do you think the Omnia HD isn't sporting the 12MP module from Pixon12? Or why the latter doesn't get the video capabilities from the former? Or why the Galaxy Spica gets neither, but Android?
There will never be one "Ultimate super device" from any manufacturer. Don't ever lose sleep on this notion. |

I'm going to buy a white X10, no no wait I'm going to buy a black one instead.
But the white one looks super cool, so I should buy the white one.
But the black always looks good and never gets old fashioned
But the white one looks absolutely fascinating, I should buy the white one.
No no noooo......

"Our Xperia phone is the outcome of a successful global R&D effort, including our team in Tokyo that led the product development," said Bert Nordberg, president of Sony Ericsson, said at a Tokyo news conference. "DoCoMo will be our first customer globally to receive the phone."
I hope it's just a PR exercise to appeal to the Japanese market. I'm tired of waiting. I'm selling my Satio and I've resorted to using my old C905 which is about 2 years old.

...And what the hell is Q1 2010? They are doing the same thing as with the X1/Satio by not committing themselves which means there is still quite a bit of time to go. They are doing what they do best, ie, keep the interest alive until someone like HTC drops a better phone in December or January.
Sad and disappointing.
Oh boy!
I asked this on the day this phone was announced. When SE mentions an indefinite date it means the end of that quarter and it is beginning to look like that all over again.
This is hampering their competitive edge or what's left of it.
