My vote goes to the V800 (Z800).
Never really considered this phone until I went to buy a W800i and found that they'd all sold out. It grew on me and I must say I miss it terribly (because I lost it and never got it back!) That styling was ahead of its time and still looks good, the keypad looked superb, and the oversized hinge incorporating the revolving camera was a stroke of genius IMO.
Like the W900i there has been no successor. How does one improve on perfection?

Oh, damn I forgot the V/Z800. I have to agree with carkitter actually!
That phone had me for so long. I wanted it worse than anything. I ended up getting the SE V600i coz it went very very cheap and it was pretty much a candybar equivalent with no memory card slot. Though it wasn't half as good and I always wished I had saved for the V800...
One of my friends had, and still has one... And I am still jealous. Its an amazing looking piece of kit and if they brought out a modern equivalent (perhaps similar to the one I designed for the photoshops thread), I'd snap it up straight away!

Wow it does look nice. Are you sure thats Japanese? It has Vodafone written all over it! So perhaps the colour was released elsewhere?

Hi,
it is Japanese. No doubt. I have seen and held a real one in Japan.
Vodafone used be in Japan. They bought out
J-Phone and have since been bought out by SoftBank.

Wow, I didn't know the V800 was so feature-packed!
And it even has JP7! (thought it was old...) |

Nah the V800 was around the time (well, just before) K750/W800. It was just as feature packed as them too, in my opinion.
It traded the K750/W800 2MP camera for a lesser, but still decent 1.3MP, but added 3G functionality including video calling (big at the time). Plus it looked amazing. So where it lost out against the K750/W800, it gained in other aspects.

Not sure. I guess it is.
It had the old SE connector on the bottom too, not the fastport like K750.
