can i upgrade firmware through bluetooth for k700i

my software version is R2AC003, wat software is currently in use and can i upgrade it through bluetooth |

No you cant upgrade the firmware through bluetooth, you need a syncstation - DSS20 or DSS25 for that, or take it to a SE service center and get it done.
The latest firmware for k700 is R2AE
If at first you don't succeed, destroy all evidence of your attempt !! |

how much is a syncstation like that? (in euros pls). Is there a cable without software? that ways it'll be cheaper. cuz I already got a cable, but some MA8910 or what.

Dont you think that everybody woulda bought cable if it work out to update thru that instead of the syncstation?It dont work on SEUS with a cable.

AMAZING DISCOVERY!.
as most of you know, SE phones are notorious for having a bad search function in the address book. yes it can store 500 contacts, but it only lets you search with one letter.
today i searched for a contact and a small box came up on the top left and it let me put up to 10 loetters in.
for me this is the best upgrade ever.
this happenned after i debranded my phone from vodafone to R2AE033.
pretty sure it wasn't there before, had the same trouble with the T610 and t68i.

Hardly. That's been a known firmware upgrade for a few months now. Must have been mentioned several dozen times on this forum before. |

Hi all - my first post, I hope it is of some use.
Back on page 5 there is a tip saying if you press 9 then # you can access your numbers stored on the SIM. This is true but you can type any number and then # you can directly access the contact stored in that position on the SIM. Therefore, if you enter 21# you are taken directly to the contact stored at position 21 on the SIM. |

Just discovered a new feature. If you lock the key pad in media player mode, then the vol+ and vol- keys can be used to select next or previous tracks if they are pressed and held for 1-2 secs.!!!
Check it out.

ok, I just got this phone a few days ago and i was wondering how i can get the screensaver to go on after being idle for longer than a few seconds. It turns on in just a few seconds. Is there a ways to make it come up after a couple min.? |
