agree with you m8,i remember seeing the Z1010 specs when i had not long got my p800 and was thinking maybe i should have waited for that.well my contracts been up for 2 months now and ive still got the p800 |

Just found a cool thing with the Z1010 and K700.
When sending an SMS the 3 latest persons you've sent SMS's to are displayed in kind of a shortcut menu when asked who you want to send the SMS to. VERY helpful  |

More news from the infamous grapevine! I'm hearing there have been some high level talks between vodafone and SE. Looks like SE aren't very happy about Voda signing a contract with Nokia to supply the bulk of their 3G handsets! One outcome being that SE may refuse the release of the z1010 on the vodafone network! It just keeps getting worse for all you people waiting for this handset, which ever network you choose (02 being the only exception so far). If this is the case with voda then i foresee a similar situation arising with t-mobile who last month signed a deal with motorola.
Lets not see this as a bad thing though. All that this means is that all the other manufacturer have a more complete product line up (for the near future) but it also means that SE will be stepping up their development of new 3G handsets. So even if we dont see the z1010 soon at least what SE do in the future (remember they are being forced to play catch up) should be amazing!!!

I got some inside information from 3(se) about upcoming phones, and i can tell you that all you swedes that are waiting for z1010 wont be waiting for much longer...  The release date is set (but still inofficial) and as of now its going to be sooner than expected... Please dont call 3 and ask for release date or anything like that because its still not official so they wont tell you anything... (and it will maybe put my contact in danger..?)
Also the lg u8110 is close but its prob gonna take longer than the z1010

Update on the Z1010 for 3 UK. Just spoke to the guy with whom I have reserved a phone and he advised me that the release date is anticpated to be within the next 3 weeks. This ties in with the mid-June comment as seen on Three's Danish site and comments dotted around the internet. |

know what your saying scally,if the Z1010 had been available when my contract was up i would have had one ,no doubts but now im unsure whether to wait for something else as the specs arent as amazing as they were when we 1st heard about it |

The only thing that the Z1010 has that I havent got in my A835 is removable memory. Apart from the design.
