@ josepho
There's an O2 shop in Braehead? Whereabouts? Sorry if you aren't talking baout an O2 shop, but I'm far far too lazy to actually bother and check the rest of the thread.
Much appreciated.

Of course there's one in Braehead. It's downstairs, beside H. Samuel's the jewellers and Regis the hairdressers. It's not an ideal location - gosh, you didn't even know it was there. What store did you find one in? Lucky lucky boy!

I got mine on Orange from the nice men in the CPW upstairs. That's where I do most of my upgrading.

Good work immy.
Hopefully someone on here can benefit, and not just some random person who doesn't know or care about phones, and takes it just because it's a high-value phone.
Anyway, cheers! |

Do O2 offer insurance on their handsets...what kind of insurance policies do they have and which is the best one to go for?

£4.99 is the Gold Insurance, which is probably all you'll be offered. I'd take it, as the others (Silver & Unite) don't include Loss.
Gold gives you cover for loss, theft, accidental damage, unauthorized calls upto £2000 and at £4.99 for a phone worth like £500+ it's not too blooming bad!
Go for it!
Cheers!
Forgot to mention, the insurance can either be paid at £4.99 per month, or as a payment of £59.99 on your first bill, obviously the latter covering you for a year.

Anyone have a number for 02 customer services so I can get my simcard activated? I think the bloke in the shop botched it up somehow. |
