hello all....ive had success "bluejacking" 6310i's but can't seem to have success with 7650s, why is that? ive followed one of your ideas and saved a "Satan" contact in my phone book. this is what i send to the 6310s. do you think if i attached a photo of the devil himself to this contact i can send it with the photo? thanks in advance |

I have been doing something similar with my iPAQ 3870, trying to "bluejack" other devices. Apart from the odd phone and Sony VAIO, I have found nothing... the phone moved away before I could do anything and the VAIO was, predictably, Passkey protected. However, why limit yourself to other phones?
Other devices have Bluetooth too!

well i guess making comments like this, majes u feel superior to us all and better about yourself, doesn't it? My mentality is childish, but i don't have any problems with it, really - even though i recently turned 30, think about it, maybe u got a lesson to learn.
let me put it this way: u're mentality is probably great!!! congratulations!!!!
i just have 1 question for u: if u are, compared to us all, the next step in human evolution - THEN WHAT THA f**k ARE U DOING HERE??? What the hell are u doing posting replies and reading what the nokia attencion freak mumbles, and what we (the kids) say.
i thought u were such an evolved person!!! - this topic is just below u, isn't it?? all right, then - get the f**k outta here u f**kin'goody 2 shoes, and let us have a little fun and then brag about it - that's what it's all about, really!

Is it possible to bluejack using a R2B025 ? I once discovered a 7650 but couldn't send anything to it. |

@p_mihill:
May I suggest in the future you send them a message that does not trace back to yourself. This is the stratergy the rest of use use to extend our life (as long as possible) while bluejacking...
Brick users can be dangerous... they carry bricks, remember?

Hi friends,
I like this feature but I would not call "bluejacking" rather "bluecontacting" since it can be used for several purposes
I searched on the bus the other day and found an Ipaq, looked around and saw a nice lady looking at here Ipaq I assumed it was the one and sent "HI" but she closed the Ipaq and put it in her pocket before the mess got across. With the Ipaq in standby it is obviusly not searchable..
Anyway, I use the P800 now and I have put it to always be discoverable and I am just waiting for some (nice) person to contact me over the link..
Cheers! |
