unfortenately with reduced size of the pictures its not possible to see big differences beween 903 and K800. If you have both K800 and 903, perhaps picture of same object and full size pictures would be easier to compare.
I believe sharp 903 is bigger than K800 and hence should be able to fit better components than K800 (e.g. bigger sensor etc.), which should be able to give better pictures . |

Yes, you are correct. 903 is much bigger actually. Here in the states, some of my friends laughed at it at first sight claiming: Must be an old phone with big butt size.
Keep in mind 903 has 2x OZ which totally beats K800.
However, for a 3.2 MP af only camera, why you need OZ for? You are not going to print out your cell phone photo for exhibitions............ |

That's my point. Its a trade off between phone size and picture quality. The bigger it is the more and bigger components can be put into it to get better picture quality. Think K800 does a pretty good job concidering the size of it (still need some improvements in the auto settings). Haven't seen any other 3 Mpx phone of same size and form factor as K800 providing better picture quality.

However guys keep in mind that the 903 is already 1yr old... SE should have a BETTER quality in terms of 3.2MP quality... but i dont see much.. and 903 quality is a little better than K800...
Trust me im an SE fan.. but a 1yr gap... K800 shud hv the best quality.. but i dont see much... i love the UI anyways.. Will get the K800 soon and do som comparison..
I think due to 903 bein a huge phone.. is bcoz of its optical zoom.. either ways its still a phone of its kind..

I agree.
The Sharp 9 series is one of a kind. Even the 902 seemed to be years ahead, and the 903 isn't a new phone. |

It really does not matter. The size of K800 is still the limiting factor of what can be squized in the phone to produced better pics (tiny sensors and optics really does not help at present time). Now show me a sharp of equal size as K800 (or smaller) that can match 903 in picure quality.

Anyone know what this car is? Saw it being transported through Kensington the other night.
Some pics were on Zoom and in the rain which didnt help!

Well got me K800i yesterday & i am impressed at the moment.
Anyway,heres a couple of pics of my nitro monster truck taken today.
The settings are as the phone left the box.
