Turkey didn't happen for me. I made Chili with a buddy in a nearby town. Never thought I would spend a thanksgiving somewhere where I didn't have an over or access to turkey. |

In the UK Turkey with all the trimmings is eaten at Christmas time. If find it quite dry to eat - I would rather have a chicken. (not a whole one )

You can always go for the dark meat. That is more moist. The white meat usually drys out quick. Or you need a really good cook, who knows how to do it right.

Ressi, are u a good cook? :-) I eat turkey at Xmas normally but it lasts a few days after chrimbo so end up have Turkey Stirfry, Curry, and Turkey Sandwiches yummi ;-) ..
