hmm it mentioned it has opticontrast....but as far as I know,Xperia T,TX and V already have OptiContrast panel.....
so nothing new there....but if it's a premium segment phone it should have the whitemagic display only hoping though

Where is the evidence that the Xperia T/ TX has the OptiContrast panel?

T does not. Few batches of TX do, not all. |

Xperia Z. Terrible name. Vaio Z sounds ok, but Xperia Z? Terrible. |

But where has Sony confirmed this? It's easy to say that one handset handset has it and another doesn't, but where's the proof.
Sony has only confirmed it for the V and Xperia Tablet S. |

I did Google it and found nothing. Do you have a link for confirmation of OptiContrast in the Xperia T/TX?

Ok, I've spent many weeks trying to clarify the problem with the two batches of Xperia TX and seems that randomuser is right. There two batches, one of this has NoAirGap, which is the same that Sony has used for the last years, and there are another batch that has an Opticontrast panel, wich delivers an excellent contrast and great viewing angles (Like an IPS).

So if Yuga has Opticontrast will have an amazing display. |
