Yes! Exactly!!! That's how you will feel after buying the phone just to realize that it sucks. You'll wish that you were an Exterminator in silly underwear carrying a big gun
(Actually no, just that line.)

I wonder why some people dont use common sense, And bring out useless issues, Back in first page of this thread it shows a model taking picture with flip closed & also in official C905 video by SE.

Harsh. I think just too many people replied to it. It was cleared up very quickly. It drags on when you bully people like that.

RE: C905 and camera with slide closed - W910 camera works with the slide closed and apart from the active lense cover both phones have the same formfactor. No reason SE would have changed that.

Hey, let's not move this thread into talk of Sean Connery's big gun.

The camera has been notoriously known from other models of Cyber-shot.
Sound accounts can be set off. The prototype Sony Ericssonu C905
could only record QVGA video with a speed of 30 fps, the final version
phone should, however, manage video recording in VGA resolution (640 x 480
px).

As far as we know, its just Night Black, Ice Silver and Copper Gold.
I'm really only partial to the black one. The silver looks a bit too much and the gold looks horrible. Maybe in real life, the colours will be much nicer to look at but for now, just black for me.

I was all set for the C905 until Yesterday and LG brought there KC910 out.
This will be the first year I have wandered to look at another manufacture since having a t68i
The problem is, The c905 doesnt excite me, yes its got a few more features. but thats it. All the menus will be the same with just a few additions. I'm sort of not a slide phone person and prefer the candy bar shape.
SE seem to br brining things out and placeing them in a new wrapper, thats it.
Sorry to say this, but at present SE have lost the plot |

Yea, I fee the same way. It will be strange going to someone else after being with SE for so many years but I think my K850 will be the last. LG's 910 has pretty much all the feature I need (or want!) and does look good. I was tempted by the 905 - but the QVGA video is to much of joke these days for me to consider that phone. |

I thought the same after the problems with my K850i. (Taken back after 3 days).
I went for the Viewty, but if you've never tried an LG, you'll be in for a shock. It was such a poor phone. It wouldn't connect to my computer for love nor money. There is NO file management at all. You can't put things where you like, or even arrange them by name. The phone just put them where it likes. The camera really wasn't that good. Playback facility on the camera pulled in every media file on the phone and not what you've only just taken. And seen as it displays them as large thumbnails, it slowed everything down to a crawl.
By far the worst was the media player, which took 45 SECONDS to load my files, every time I changed a menu. So if you switched between Albums, Artists etc, you had this huge wait before it did anything. Really pathetic to be honest.
I know seems boring, but at least the menu system works and management is excellent. There is a lot to be said for it.
But also, don't be too harsh on the phones for being similar. It's only what Nokia does as well. Just look at the N85 and N96 etc. The only reason it looks so bad is that don't have the advanced facilities to recycle, just more basic ones.

man u should see how hard we try to get java working on some fones. you can just get the jar file and press install but for many other fone it doesn't work and people with samsungs etc try to use my 100+ games but they cant. my fone games are a must in a new fone so one that cant impliment java properly is umm... i dunno, shit?

Thats so true. I have 50 java games to give away on my phone but no-one who has a Samung phone can get them working.
Plus, its the little things, like when you receive a file by BT on an SE phone you get the option to use / view the file straight away.
BT a file to a Samsung phone, I think it was a D600? and you have to go into the FS to retrieve it. Its little things like this that make SE's such a breeze to use.
