MRP on box is Rs 38990. So actual price will be lower  .
March 12th launch.

The ZX 100 is a wired headset. no nfc.

The headphone is being bundled with the handset, the Sony guys at the conference confirmed it. The actual preorder exclusives are the 16gig card ( around Rs 650) and the case. However, am sure 12th onwards, one will get the device at a cheaper price as Rs 38990 is the MRP printed on the box

Lets see how the Indian market reacts to XZ. From what I'm hearing, it's got very good demand. Not because I'm Indian and it's my country but generally if XZ does very good in India then it's a huge plus point for Sony since India is a huge market.
