Yep mine gets hot occasionally to.

@aamwng are you using Google now? If so that's what's probably keeping your maps app running.

And that will be the next big race in mobile technology, fans.

People will be saying "well mine's got dual fans" "so, mine's got quad"

It's a strange one this, on my nexus 7 I leave Google now running all the time and the battery is great but on my xperia t if I turn on Google now the battery drops like a stone with the constant wake ups by maps hopefully it's something that Sony will fix though.

The battery hasn't been too bad but recently it's been taking a long time to charge up. Does anyone else's XT only charge up when switched on?

Is this an issue?

It happens with mine too every now and then and I am not sure why. Also, I noticed that if you cover the top quarter of the the phone, the wifi signal drops badly to the point that it wont connect. It happens to me while I am talking over voip applications and its very annoying. Does this happen with others too?

Goldenface, I have no problems with charging, my phone is never off either, so I don't know how it charges while it's off. But didn't u get a Quick charger in the bow (EP881 or something). My T charges up really fast from a low % using it.

Djin, I never had an issue with wifi dropping the conn, but I have a lame Nexxt router, so my signal is never THAT great unless I'm close to it. Even when I'm only about 20 feet away in a closed room, the cnxn is slow.

Anyone here use Waze navigation app? My phone gets REALLY hot really fast when waze is running. It seems only certain apps cause your phone to heat up so much.
