Got it too, INCREDIBLE PHONE, it's beautiful and the speed is outstanding, gotta check the camera tomorrow because this week it's really sunny here in Spain.

Are you loving the screen as well?

I've just been to the Xperia Play launch party in London. Had a go with both the Play and Arc. The Arc impressed me the most. The display and bravia colour is really good. I like that the phone is so light.

Well this phone just can't come quick enough for me. I have a year old Desire with an AMOLED screen which has been the victim of screen burn. So looking forward to seeing the screen on the Arc for real.

well ordered mine today from e2save

£22.58 (via redemption), T-Mobile 900mins, 500 texts, unlimited data + £46 Quidco cashback
works out at 20.66 month

the cheeky buggers charged me £5 admin to have it delivered to work, anyway they gave a car charger for £5

best deal I reckon, anyone else find any better deals?

PS Currently own a HTC Touch HD with a flaky custom rom.

e2save are offering the Play with free Bluetooth headset. Had an email today about it. I wonder what the Play camera is like without Exmor and only 5 megs. Going to test audio music now and tv function. Back in a tick

That seems like a good deal..

I wanted 18 month maximum and also no redemption claim deals. So I ended up getting mine from BuyMobilePhones.net

Tariff: T-mobile 600 mins + 500 text + unlimited internet

£30 x 18 months +£70 Auto cashback +£30 quidco

£540 - £70 - £30 = £440 total price over 18 Months.

Compared to around 420 sim-free this seemed like a no brainer!

Was set to be delivered today but the courier turned up the only 30 minutes when no one was at home Tomorrow I'm taking the day off work to make sure I get my hands on the Arc!

I will get mine on monday. From everything I read looks like the phone I need plus Android with all types of existing apps.
And the SE I will actually enjoy like I did X1 long time ago and other ones. Such a pity they f**ked customers with X2...
Anyway monday and in Poland no Puch but HDMI cable yes.

HDMI function is so cool!! You can even use camera viewfinder through tv. HD recording is super smooth too!! Worked flawlessly on my LG tv though HD cable is short luckily one of my spare HDMI sockets is on side of tv

Fast!! It is slower in low light but not by much but in good light especially using the touch focus it is very fast with zero shutter lag. Have not seen a camera shoot this quick on any phone yet!! Flash is sooo much brighter than x10!!

@Bonovox

Regarding the HDMI function, some guys thought that controlling the phone using the TV remote is only available when using Bravia TV's, so looking that you have LG TV, is it working ?

and try to attach the phone when the TV is off ( standby )... there's a function if supported by the TV the phone will turn on the TV and select the HDMI input automatically...
