OMAP 4440 for Q4 2010 is possible. "TI's OMAP 4 platform and development tools are expected to sample in the second half of 2009, with production expected by the second half of 2010."

Not only is it possible, its been fitted onto the X12 and has been under testing at  labs

I can't help but notice the similarity of the X12 specs to what I had posted on several pages back and on another thread about the minimum specs of X10's successor to guarantee commercial success. X12 may not be confirmed yet but if it turned out to be true, then I would totally laugh my ass off. |

This year not likely, but if one manufacturer can that's gotta be Motorola.  (Android that is) WP7 phones that will be announced soon are gonna be on par I guess with the X12 specs.
But Android maybe Moto might come up with something, but the others- HTC, Samsung, etc don't have anything as powerful planned for this year. |

I noticed that since the past 24 hours the info I shared here has made it to a lot of other forums and released in the form of articles on some blogs and sites too.
I hope you all understand that widespread leak of info about X11 and X12 is not good for . So if you care about please keep the info to yourself.

I'd be really surprised if the SO-01C / Xperia X10 successor wasn't announced in November. The SO-01C is already listed in DoCoMo's winter line-up, although no mention of specs.

January 14 2011 (Note this is the International launch date NOT NTT Docomo Japan launch date)
