In Greece 505- 539 euros pre-order price, i want the green one but i don't think i can wait for it, blue may look cool in real life, in pics it's not nice despite those pics taken next to the psp, which look like they are similar products. In louminus green i don't like the blue camera icons next to keypad, they don't match with green, but match with velvet blue. The same hapens with the lighting. it's cold white which looks light blue and doesn't match green.

Anyway, i think the price is reasonable to start with! Surely it will come down to around £250 a month after which is when i will get it

Hmm the pics look bleeched and pale..don´t like that. And the macro shots suck. No focus or sharpness. Hope it's a prototype or that the dude that took the pics didn't know what he was doing and had fiddled with the settings in some strange manner! Or else i will be worried! I had my mind set on K850. (My N73 takes way better photos than the ones presented on that review page)
Have they set image quality settings, set to 1 Mpixel?

No, they set image settings to "cheap plastic optics guised via cybershot branding in order to maximize corporate profits"
p.s. Don't take my comment so seriously, I know it will cause a flame war but I couldn't help myself |

Okidoki whatever, but K800 produces better pics than that and i can't believe that the K850 produces lesser pics! Nononono

@fullforce, the images on that review are not indicative of what K850 is capable of. I've seen quite a few K850 pics from other sources that compare very favourably to N95. Google some K850 reviews and you will see what I mean. Especially the K850 v N95 review. Much much better than N95.
The pictures from phonedaily are washed out - it looks like they were taken on an overcast day or in a fog or something. Don't trust those pictures, wait untill you see more examples before making your mind up.
@whoever asked about the "4GB" limit of K850, don't worry, SE always state the maximum capacity as what's currently available. Because 8GB cards have only just been released, the K850 specs haven't been updated yet. Think of it this way, if Dony advertised that a phone memory could be expandable to 8GB, they would be lying unless 8 GB was actuallky available in the market. K750 was listed as only 1GB when it was released, but it can take up to 4GB confirmed (and no doubt 8GB as well). I have used 2GB personally without any problems. So the stated spec when the phone is released is always only what's currently available in memory cards.
K850 will take 8GB, and 16GB and 32GB when they become available.

£380 is too much for one of these, I'll be waiting for it to go down to at least £280 before I buy one. |

"Much much better"? Where?
From all the vs review posted here and elsewhere (and I very much doubt there are still some vs out there which members here didnt know of), K850 camera at most is at the quality of N95 |

then you haven't looked closely enough. In back to back comparisons of the same scene, K850 has more more detail, clearer, better colour, less compression (water colour affect) than N95.
K800 has less of the water colour affect compared to N95. Even N93 is better than N95.

Couldn't Agree more
The GSMArena comparisons between N95 and K850 on the dynamic range portion was for me - is nonsense why N95 would achieve that kind of image quality was because of the oversaturation which also eliminates the overexposure effect on the paperclips captured on what we have seen on K850. a user with just a simple photoshopping skills can eliminate those overexposed edges with a simple calibration on photoshop. it's not because K850's sensor was smaller but because only that N95 always applies oversaturation and compression that was very effective to increase macro shot's quality

i think you just need to come to the realisation that the K850 camera isnt that good. Not much is going to change, the sensor is the same as K800 with extra megapixels. Not to say the N95 is any better though, it is certainly worse than K850. |

The oversaturation is the worst aspect of the N95 camera. The watercolour affect is bad in comparison to K850, but the colour is appalling. It's simply not real. Blue's are purple on the N95.
Unfortunately, this poor colour reproduction also carries over to the video recording. This is quite disappointing, because the N95 video recording is excellent in all respects bar colour reproduction.
