@Ama That pic was taken with my N73 In the background are the Barberton hills/mountains.It was taken just prior to the SA nationals (paragliding comp) Some pilots refuse to belive I was in SA at the time And no,the pic is not photoshopped. The N73 is pretty good at picture taking, nowere near the n95 when it comes to video thou Yesterday I flew from Jbay to PE along the beach (police chopper). I will post a virtualdub 'fixed' video clip.Quality wise, its not dvd like as Nokia wants us to believe! (not far behind it thou) The N95 8gig is a damn nice all arounder - Dark empire or not !

@ Mario:
I'll happily concur that the N73 takes good pics. As you know, I managed to take some decent enough pics with my N73 when I had it.
WRT the N95 8GB, again I'll agree with the sentiments shared re the capabilities of this handset; it's common knowledge (except for someone like plankgatan ) that it is still pretty much THE phone to beat.
Yeah we have a light-hearted dig at the Dark Side sentiments, but I'll happily dabble in the Dark Side again as soon as S60 goes touchscreen...
I'm also considering getting The Better Half a Nokia 6220 Classic; probably in time for Christmas.
They're the same price as a C902. Well after seeing how small the screen is (!) on a C902, and how average the pics are in the comparisons on the 'net, plus the lack of smartphone capabilities, the decision's quite a no-brainer...

Thanks, gola. I really battled with the white balance settings in the cloudy conditions, though.
BTW, Happy 1st Esato Birthday!

Congrats Gola, time really flies boet!
I had fun yesterday, checking how many of my colleagues knew who David Motsamayi was. Quite (un)surprisingly, nobody knew.
So, anybody going to Madiba's birthday bash? It seems that the Post Office screwed up, my invite hasn't arrived yet, lol.
Let's hope and pray that he's blessed with a few more happy and healthy years.

Yep, it promises to be a cracker of a game. After reading what de Villiers said at the press conference, it definitely promises to be a hard-fought battle.
