Lol, shows how much you know then. I don't blame you, since vodafone doesn't use edge, then whever your phone automatically switched to NZ comms' edge network it would say emergency calls only. I get to choose cause of a setting I have set.
Btw Nice new post editor! good work laffen!

G = GPRS
But E has to be for Emerg. Calls Only. Every single time my phone says Emerg. Calls Only, it has the little E above the signal bars. As far as I know Vodafone doesn't use Edge so it can't be Edge right? |

You know why? because the emergency calls only comes up when your phone can only get signal for a network thats not on your sim card. By the looks of things, we have 1 edge and 1 gprs netwrok online and so that may lead you to beilieve that the e is for emergency calls only.
If there is still some dispute about this then ask another person from a country with both edge and GPRS

Nah that's cool man, you're probably right.
Edit: I knew E stood for Edge usually, I just thought that in this case the E had a second meaning.

Can do, nice idea. I'll work on it tonight. Nice soane28, I saw a dummy for one in Harvey Norman yesterday and they look actually quite impressive.
