I don't think either the quickshare or the piece between the "- buttons" are some kind of buttons...
According to the pictures I don't think the phone has any button as memzee compared with the V800phone as it only seems to be a GSM phone - not a 3G

The phone does look good but only on the drawing table, the materials used and the colour make it plain ugly. The white plastic on the sides is plain vulgar and cheap, the dark green of the front is looking ... sh*tty. What a difference from the K700 which is certainly not SE's nicest but at least has the colours and materials right.
The back is the most ugly i have ever seen on any phone. It is over the top. Look where they have put the SE logo and name. It loks like they almost forgot and then had to put it where they had some space left. Shame!
I wonder if Bobafett will survive this.
The technical details are *very* interesting though, it has a few details the K700 should have had. And I hope the screen will have the anti-scratch finishing like the S700. But not interesting enough to overcome the bold looks. What a pity.

I totally agree - the phone does look exceptionally cheap-a** looking - almost as bad as a mass producted Nokia handset (like the 6100). The rear of the phone is by far the worst, with the horizontal ribbing - very very tacky!
I can only hope that this is a "mule" prototype phone and not a production model.
Also, how come no-one took photos of the phone actually on? Seems fishy. |

@Dela, although I think the design is conservative, I would not judge the phone on the quality of it's materials until I have actually held it in my hand and seen it in other colours.
For now the specs are enough to win me over.

.. IMHO.. i dun really like the back part of it... it is rather cramp up there.. they should design it like the s700 which is more simpler n roundish.
the front part is ok 
the color combination is cool.. IS there other color choice bside that??
cant wait for the cam test result.. 2mp.. wow..

Why is everybody judging its looks now - assuming that this is a final production model?
Maybe SE are just using cheaper plastics for the prototypes and will switch to higher quality, different coloured plastics/metals when the phone goes into final production...

It looks top notch to me. The green colouring very fetching and the back of the handset is quite delish, it all combines to present a very smart little package.
I am definitely looking forward to this being released, let's hope it's soon.

so far I am very ho hum about this phone, don't really need a 2mp camera in a phone and there is not much else to excite and I certainly hope its available in some other colour, but that probably won't stop me getting it ASAP (well you know me by now!)
