Fast means its yellow now.. I charged for about 12hrs.. only 2 mins calls...rest i used wap over gprs, some camera, downloading some, MMS lots, etc...

how long did u sed gprs ? ( check it at the data counters ) and ayush, dont wait much power at the first time, as i mentioned it before. so pls put it on the charger ( this time in on mode ) and give it a go. think it will be loaded up in 3 hours, so after the batt is full, disconnect it from the plug.

Really this sucks! I got about 1mb each of data sent and recieved. My phone is on charge already ;-)

according to the date of the battery it " slept " for a long time. but u would have the performance with a in 2004 manufactured one aswell. so be patience and let the battery used to work. actually i was more interested for the time not for the data amount.

Hmm.. total time is 7:09:50 Btw, I noticed a sad thing. The battery got quite warm when on charge

7 hours since yesterday??? how did u manage it??? as i know u put it on the charger right after u picked it up. but is its real, thats a very very good battery, cos mine is empty after 5 h gprs use. that the battery is warming, thats normal, so as the charger itself.

But bob, remember I told you that day the lady already showed me phone by using new battery. She told it doesen't matter just discharge it fully and put it on charge whole nite for 8 hrs.. i put it for 12 hrs But bob, this also includes MMS usage! In which I'm champ

Wht I meant was the gprs data counter also includes the MMS usage

oh, i got it. well, then the battery seems to be ok. what about the joy and keypad? is there the " click " by using it or pushing the buttons?

No, bob disabled the click in the t610..only a lousy tone!
edit: But the camera makes a fine shutter sound

i dont use it either, but i mean the sound ( more the feeling ) while u push a button on the keypad. i like when the buttons are a " bit hard " to press.
