A lot can happen in a year mate, believe me you dont go hangin around waiting when something good is in front of you, you eat whats on your plate! What if this girl slowly fades out of your life and you never got to tell her how you felt? Go let her slip away if you like, but you have to learn to cherish what you have now because it may never come again. Believe me, i have plenty experience at letting things go and regretting it for a long time.
On the other hand, if she has said no, then she ISNT romantically attracted to you. A lot of guys make the mistake of thinking up excuses like "she didnt meet me-she must have been busy" or "she hasnt called cos she wants to take it slow" or the classic "she doesnt want to ruin our friendship"...
Listen up, if she aint calling, or if shes making excuses, or if shes saying "no", then she isnt romantically attracted to you. This may seem tough, but its the truth about women. Of course girls love to play games and she may be giving you the wrong idea cos she sees you as a friend who makes her comfortable rather than a potential partner who she has feelings for.
My advice is to sort this right now; dont go telling her you love her, but make a point of expressing how much you like and appreciate her as a friend. If its just meant to be a friendship, then it will stay that way. A few akward words will never spoil a good relationship. But if its gonna be more, then its up to her... she either wants you or she doesnt. Either way, dont go waiting a year, cos if she likes you now and you dont make it clear that the feeling is mutual, shes likely to get pissed off at your lack of interest or confidence to take control.

but the thing is, she only tells these kinds of things to me lol, so i dont think anyone else would know. i mean, i've never been wrong about these kinds of things, like ever, but i mean i dont know when it comes to her. She always want to get closer to me and stuff but then she always pushes me away (metphorically speaking), like sometings holding her back. I would ask her, but i dont want to pressure her

Then for some reason she is unsure whether you are right for her or not. There should be no uncertanties in a relationship thats gonna last...
