typical huh? but I know thats how x1387 works, but if I waited for the next price drop I might not have got it this week. So I'm happy. its been delivered and is on charge at home ready for me when I get there.

I can't wait for the usual review of a fresh, highly anticipated device from masseur! Especially as he has his M600 to compare it with! Pics etc
I'll wait for that one mass!

yikes! the pressure
well I'll be keeping the M600 for a while in order to compare stability and performance etc. I was just saying (read that as "justifying"!) to my wife that I have had the M600 for a whole year, which is almost a record, and thats why I have the P1
since I have it before the weekend I will surely be spending mucho time doing the comparison

Look forward to it Masseur, especially the comparisons with the M600 as I was a relatively happy M600 user before I dropped it from a great height and smashed the screen!
I'd be most interested on how the screen performs in daylight as that was the M600's biggest downfall in my eyes! |

I think very few screens stand up to daylight viewing testing in my experience.
The original trasflective iPAQs did a good job but not so many since then

ooooo, just sold my n95 for $760aud. thats the price for p1 from x1387, oooooo, so tempting.
hope masseur delivers some comparison pics tonight though against n95 and m600 so i can make my decision tomorrow on whether to buy one or not.
or get another n95 and hope it has better slider and battery. (if i do that though, and its the same as my last one, i can just keep re selling coz i get them at a good price, so i can make healthy profit even if i use it) |

Masseur:
Popped home and the delivery guy was there just writing out the "no one in card", how lucky was that!
it comes with a little travel plug to use over here as the plug is the 2 pin type, but it's a very very loose fit, so grab yourself a 2 to 3 pin plug on the way home if you haven't got one already!
