SE failing in producing good phones? |

my english is little poore (swedish you know, he he). what i mean is the headline of the thread is a joke. Sonyericsson makes way more beautiful, robust, better sound then Nokia (for sure). QVGA, so you mean that N93 have better sound then example w810i/w880i and takes better photo then k810/k800 ?

in sweden we have a mobile phone forum, there is a lot of n73/n95 pictures, NON of them has better colors, sharpness then k810/k800.
N95/N73 has not even a real flash for god sake. (besides of that, it feels like a plastic toy in your hand)..
n73 have also a blue color all over the pictures.
the only nokias phones can better is video recording, but who buy o mobile phone for that ? i want a phone with good camera, sound, design, quality.....

 phones do have quality, design, sound, etc. but sometimes lack good features[AF, high connectivity(EDGE or 3G), no megabass on  phones]. those things i mentioned should be standard on the phones.

Who buys a phone only for a camera? Someone that knows next to nothing about photography. No one remotely serious uses a phone camera in a serious matter. If I want to take photos, I use my Nikon D80. If I want to take throw away crap photos, I use my phone.

ok, so you mean this camera-quality isnt ok (its really fine for me. looks awesome even when i print them out on my printer. (no photo shop, just directly from the phone).
SE k800/k810 rules bigtime..........

@plank hejsan  ok, u like se cos of better cam, fine. but there are many other things to compare fones, the fun features arent that important imo. n95 for example has other things to offer, what se doesnt have. dont forget, that se is focusing mainly on cams and music in their fones and even those are good, still not enough for better market share and more sale.

N73 feels like palstic toy??? Hmm, I happen to disagree! And what's most lacking in SE currently, imho, is a good allrounder! It is not there - f*ck the "beauty" - I'd take a neon green brick with yellow dots if it had a decent big screen, a good keypad, browser etc etc... Who buys phone for beauty and good pics alone? Hell, glue a Leica to a playboy-spread...

it took me some days before i learned how to take good pictures. A & O with mobile cameras is the Vitbalans (whitness). i often use dagsljus profilen (daylight profile), and hold the camera (phone) still. then you gets this nice pics. i also changes the whitness with the joystick.

@plankgatan well, if n95 is "the worst fone ever made" the following thing popped up in my mind ( have to admit, i am a nokia symbian freak, but n95 isnt really for my atste either, just to be fair, dont like sliders )
anyway . "eat horses**t, 1.000.000.000 flies cant be wrong"
as above. nokia did it again. of course it has bugs and lacks, even, the entire world is crazy for n95. nokia made itself more famous, made money. what else do u wnat?

Great post and right on the money my friend. Yes, it has problems but the SE "fanboys-Hmm........" just refuse to admit that the N95 smokes any thing that SE can bring to the table.

listen here. my very best friend watied for N95 for a long time. when he at the end got it, he told me that the phone was "cracky" (when you press, its sounds like ccrrhkksxx in the right corner), the gps didnt worked properly in his car (with latest firmware of course), some pictures had a thin blue skin all over the pic, it feeld like a plastic toy (he said that to me), its was (like usually) bugs in the software.............(i have also test N95.........näää, rena skitet, soumi/Nokia go home)
remember, im 50% finnish and 50% swedish. he he
