For future reference to people who get scamed it easy way to take people to court, think it part of the governement i read it of moneysavingexpert forums, looked like it from the governement

Good news! The phone arrived via special delivery today!
Bad news - when powered up with another battery all it says is 'contact service' 
Though for the price I paid it will still be good for spares, e.g. lcd etc.
