I wouldn't bother contacting Orange.

They say it has 64Mb internal memory and supports a memory stick, but they don't say it should come with one. They'll argue till you eventually give in.

Looking through this thread it seems that everyone now knows that the k800 doesn't come with a memory stick, but still think that they can get one by phoning the network and pleading ignorance.
But hey, it it works can someone ask for two and send me the spare
