hi, i av got fw R4CE012.
I av got a problem wi my earphone wen i plug it in it wont wrk but wen i turn my fone off then plug it in it wrks then i av 2 turn it off again so ht earphone r unplug.
I also cant use my WAP or MMS it say there is a error wen i av got all da setting for o2 network.
What can i do???????????
Has any1 got da same problem??????? n if u av PLEASE HELP ME!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Help! I bought my w810i a month ago, open line in the Philippines. Last night, I turned my phone off. This morning, when I was going to turn it on, all I got is a white screen and then, it turned off. The phone would not respond to the power button. I tried removing the battery several times but no response. I can't turn on my phone! Is there any solution for this problem? Thanks! |

hahah.. what about try running it through SEUS. see if a firmware upgrade/refresh does the trick. otherwise you may have to take it to the store where you bought it from to get it reflashed via DVT |

mine only flashes after about 10 seconds, not as annoying as i thought it would be. |

update sucsessful from R4CF002 to R4CK003
CDA10255/101 APAC (I'm in Beijing, China now)
O2 free to all networks and it seems not branded
Actually I don't have either the led or hissing problem. I did that purely for fun. And hopefully new firmware will bring me A2DP...
PS, the speaker on my phone is OK, enough loud for both MP3 or ringtone. However the only problem is the ringtone for message is not loud enough. And I cannot find the settings for that. |

FWIW, I've recently bought a W810i. It is a SIM-free handset (CDA 102494/4 EUROPE_2 customisation) with R4CE012 firmware. I just tried the SEUS and was told I have the latest firmware.

Well, I don't know if its a bug but when i add a birthday in the phonebook in my W810i and add it to the calendar it won't show up if the year of birth is earlier then 1970. This problem didn't occur in my K750. I hope this will be fixed in the next firmware because i have some very old friends, born in the sixties, you know! |

i have recently updated my K750i with the aplication that you can get from the sony ericsson web site, but now wenever i open the lense cover i get a message saying " "Wrong camera driver version (0.9). Please update camera driver to 4.5 or later" what should i do, the only help that i can get sromn sony ericsson is to take it to a center which there isnt 1 in my area so i would have to send it through the post which will take 7-10 days, i cant wait that long i need it now because im meeting up with sum friends in a few days. can anyone plz plz plz plz help me?

Hi.
I have just received a new W810i Tuesday morning, and it had firmware R4CF002 (CHINA).
I played around with it and it did indeed have the LED flashing bug, and the loss of shortcut upon restarting bug.
The phones built in update service indicated I had the latest software already installed.
So I hooked up the phone to the SEUS web update, and it updated the software to R4CK003.
I can tell you all that with the updating to R4CK003, the problems with the LED bug, and the shortcut bug, have been resolved.

for some reason the shortcuts bug persists with my phone, already at R4CK003 (CHINA)
no news of new firmware yet? upping the cam version to 5.x, plus all other fixes. *i hope the rendering bug i posted here (which no one seemed interested in..bleh!) gets looked into as well. not overly critical, but very annoying* |
