I have just updated my K750i to R1N firmware.
Before updating I took a video and afterwards I took the same video.
Here they are for you to compare:
VIDEO WITH R1L FIRMWARE (POORER QUALITY)
VIDEO WITH R1N FIRMWARE (BETTER QUALITY)
The new firmware is clearly a lot clearer.
Makes the Video camera much more useable.

Can confirm UK update for unbranded handsets works fine. Just updated mine successfully to R1N035 minutes ago.
First impressions: video quality much improved, however, the video IMO tends to freeze up for a split second every few seconds.
Picture quality of statics seems normal as any other firmware.

Just updated unbranded (ah well, actually de-branded) K750i from Hungary via SE global support from R1J to R1N035. Picture quality seems unchanged, but will take some more pix tomorrow under same conditions as with the previous, so a full comparison is pending. Display looks somewhat crisper. Haven't even lost the shortcuts, as with previous updates. |

I have encountered a problem with new firmware R1N035.
when transfering files from other phone to mine it dont let me get the files, but from mine to other phone works perfect
i checked all security options of the blueetooth and it seems to be a problem.
Anybody have this problem too |

Has anyone else noticed that now, using R1N035 that when you sent multiple items via Bluetooth to the phone from your pc (paired obviously), they're now accepted automatically.
Before, on previous firmwares, you had to accept every file manually on the phone.
I've also noticed a few minor bugs, if anyone wants to hear them..

Additionally, with R1N035, charging via USB cable seems to work properly now instead of discharging the battery. |
