Has Camera quality suffered with the initial build?

Hi, Can we properly mount (RW) and use a USB stick using USB OTG in the Xperia S?

Many thanks in advance!

New Firmware (unless already mentioned in this thread).

6.1.A.2.34
Source: XperiaBlog

I don't own XS so I cannot state whats new.
New firmware has been certified for the Sony Xperia S, version 6.1.A.2.34 was certified yesterday. The version number is a small departure from the last firmware certified (6.1.A.0.454), leading some to speculate that this may be Android 4.1 Jelly Bean. We believe this will be another Android 4.0.4 ICS firmware update, but we’ll have to wait to see to find out exactly what improvements it brings.

The Japanese equivalent of the Xperia S, the Xperia NX (SO-02D) has also had new firmware certified with version number 6.1.F.0.91 popping up on PTCRB. This same firmware has also been certified for the water resistant Xperia acro HD (SO-03D) in Japan.

I'm living with Xperia S for 3 days now

12W30 shipped with OS 4.0.4 (6.1.A.0.452 to be exact)

Battery stay up about 12 hours on moderately use (mostly to catch social nets up)

I'm notice battery drop on standby approximately 10% in few hours after discharge, even everything all close that's seem strange to me.

It's normally expect from Android or I'm too worry?

P.S. I'm jumped from iPhone 3GS

Make sure to turn down the brightness to 40-50%. Keep the brightness bar at exactly half position it helps. Also avoid keeping WiFi and Bluetooth always on. Turn them off when you don't need them. Also shut down recent apps by holding the home button and swiping to the left.................. That should suffice.

You only need 50% of brightness if you have any kind of problem with your eyes. I usually let it at 20% at normal usage and almost 0% during night on dark places. About closing apps, there was an extensive test that proved that that doesn't help nothing with performance neither battery.
