@ masseur
Is the volume of the earpiece louder than in T630? When I make a call with my T630 it is sometimes difficult to understand wat the other person is telling when being in a noisy place.

all I can suggest is checking the feedback rating and recent history of that feedback rating

I didn't get mine from ebay, I got it from http://www.nowicom.com/
I think its up to you now to make your decision, there will always be a certain risk with ebay but checking the info I have mentionde gives you some degree of certainty.
good luck!

I have a question about the "File Manager" option. Can I transmit regular Word- or Powerpoint files (or any other types of files) to the K700i and place them in the "Other" folder? That feature would have been very useful... instead of carring around 3.5" Floppy disks or USB memory sticks.
And another question:
What to prefere when transfer files between phone and PC?
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Yep... What to prefere when transfer files between phone and PC?
What is the best solution? I planning to buy the new Sony Ericsson K700i and I also planning to buy some device to transfer files between it and the computer (PC). What would be the best to buy?
I was in a store today and saw the price for a regular USB cable, about 475 swedish kronor (~60 US $). I also saw an Bluetooth adapter for about 495 swedish kronor (~ 65 US $).
Can you tell me all the negative and positive side of them? I assume that the filetransfer goes a lot faster with the USB cable?
And at last... can I transfer any kind of file from and to my K700i with the bluetooth adapter and with the USB cable? The reason I ask is because I read in some other forum that you couldnt transfer regular picture- files via the USB connection with the K700i, is that true? They said that you needed a Bluetooth adapter to transfer pictures and mp3 files....
Thank you!

yes i believe you can place other files in and use the phone like a mobile disk drive. If this is incorrect you could always rename the file as a recognisable file extension and then put it back after transfering back to the pc.

yeah... It would be just great if you could do that!
I'm hoping for the best! |

I have just tested this and was able to send a word document to the "other" folder without a problem
once there you can see the file listed in file manager but you cannot view it. you can send it in a picture message, email, bluetooth or IR.
other than that you can only rename it or delete it
