1.I noticed on the ad it says 'Playstation Certified', I wonder what that means exactly.
Will handsets need to be Playstation Certified to run the new Playstation games market store and associated games or is this just the closest thing could get Sony to allow in terms of calling a handset a Playstation phone?

They will run best on the psphone aKa xperiaplay; but on others phone (most likely after hacks or maybe even without) they can run but not to the full experiance

Correction :
They will run best on the psphone aKa xperiaplay; but on others phone NOT PLAYSTATION CERTIFIED (most likely after hacks or maybe even without) they canNOT run
The Xperia Play is the first phone to be playstation certified but not the ONLY one, there will be many more devices from various manufacturers that will be playstation certified.

SE's strategy for MWC is beginning to look suspicious to me. For the last few editions of the event they have always had a spectacular device which begs the question what are they planning this year.
Their phones have been leaked already with one having been announced. The Xperia Play is 'unofficially' official and we know of only the Xperia Duo that is yet to be announced let alone leaked. They want to be a major player in Android and some of the competition has already announced some very good phones in hardware terms. Samsung and HTC are yet to reveal their high-ends and we all know they tend to be spectacular.
I get the feeling SE may have something huge next week. I mean what are the chances of them going into MWC with phones they've already leaked and announced knowing what the competition has or is likely to have? It doesn't make sense at all. I could be wrong but what if a 16mp, dual core, Android phone is about to be unleashed for release in Q2?
Satio is in dire need for a successor and this event is the best time for it IMO.

Rumor has it that Sony Ericsson is developing a smartphone with two cores and would be equipped with the Qualcomm processor maybe a dual-core chip (Qualcomm’s Snapdragon Dual-core Chipset), the codename of the new unit would be the Sony Ericsson Xperia Neo Duo but it is still only speculation, rumors.

As per my post above I am now inclined to believe that the Xperia Duo is the dual core phone probably with the new 16mp module announced late last year by Sony. We are more than likely going to see this on Sunday for release in Q2.

They'd be silly not to and Xperia Duo seems the logical name to call such a device.
I really hope they do blow us away with something that makes even the Xperia Arc seem like a battered old K750 by comparison.

The codename is confusing, combining Neo (Hallon) dan Duo (Mango?) in one new product.
