Pennywise form the movie 'It'. That movie traumatized me!!!
Still, I managed to get over it to a point where I've actually played a clown every night on stage for 3 weeks (some summerjob that was!!!)

At my primary school the name we had for the kids who were scared of clowns was "Boring" as i remember it.

Does GTA stand for,
"G"et "T"hat clown "A"way from me.
